The first release of AutoCAD on Windows was in 1985. As of 2017, it is still the world’s best-selling CAD program. AutoCAD’s growth has been fueled by a wide range of third-party add-ons, libraries, and customization tools.
AutoCAD, as well as other CAD programs, has various file formats, and the most common format for drawings is the DWG (Drafting Exchange Format) file. The DWG file format is also used by many other CAD programs, including SolidWorks, Inventor, D-Trace, NX, and Mastercam.
AutoCAD can draw in vector, raster, and bitmap formats, and some features require bitmap or vector data. Once an AutoCAD drawing is complete, it can be exported in various formats including DWG and other popular formats including DXF (AutoCAD Drawing Exchange Format) and DWF (AutoCAD Drawing File Format).
AutoCAD Architecture
AutoCAD uses a layered file format, similar to the way Microsoft Office documents are structured. A file in the AutoCAD format is composed of layers that can be opened, closed, turned off, and renamed. Layers and their contents are stored in separate files, which are opened by double-clicking on the file’s folder icon in the Windows Explorer.
A central AutoCAD data structure is the drawing, which is composed of objects, including blocks, axes, and coordinate systems. Each of these objects has a distinct color, shape, and size. Objects are linked to each other and to the coordinate system.
This drawing is also composed of layers and objects. These layers are, in turn, composed of blocks, lines, and text.
A block can be any of several shapes including circles, squares, rectangles, ellipses, splines, or polygons. A block is actually just an empty space in the drawing.
A line is a thin, one-dimensional geometric shape that can be created by using a pen, pencil, stylus, or mouse. Each line has a unique color and thickness, and it is connected to blocks and other lines.
Text is the simplest form of object in AutoCAD. It is made up of individual characters, which are drawn into the drawing with a pen or mouse. Text is often used to create object names, labels
The MacroRecord feature can be used to automate steps in the AutoCAD GUI.
The Pendant can be used to perform CAD tasks on-the-fly without using AutoCAD.
AutoCAD can call other programs via DCOP (Direct Component Object Model) to create new drawings, save files, exchange data, and perform operations. A typical example of a feature created this way is a simple file transfer applet.
AutoCAD has various APIs that allow software applications to interact with and modify the internal state of AutoCAD. This includes the Interactive Python console and the Python API.
Graphics
AutoCAD software has a basic graphics programming capability, with tools like the Pen tool, line, circle, rectangle, rectangle to square, 3D helix, and mirror. In general, this graphics programming interface is not used for practical purposes but is included to meet the requirements of the Autodesk certification programs. In order to output graphics to a printer or monitor, the graphics output plug-in is required. This is available as a component on the installation disc, or as a stand-alone application called Graphics Output Manager. The output plug-in works by receiving information about the current drawing and the capabilities of the output device.
Since release 16, AutoCAD has had a number of interfaces for creating and editing 3D meshes, including rendering them in appropriate coordinate systems for viewing. These include the Interact tool, the Manipulator tool, and the Mesh tool.
Advanced topics
Features
AutoCAD includes a number of features that enable users to develop their own custom capabilities. Among these are:
Dynamic Input
Dynamic Object Mapping
Dynamic Sketching
Drawing Layouts
DWG Libraries
Object Libraries
On-the-Fly Rendering
Dynamic Input
Dynamic Input is a way to map an item from the user interface to a command in the program. It includes:
Dynamic Input Manager:
A customizable toolbar and menu that displays information about the input parameters.
An on-screen interface that automatically calculates the input parameters and displays the results.
An input panel that displays the entered text as the cursor moves.
Dynamic Input Interaction Scheme:
Parameters for input actions can be modified by the user, and displayed dynamically as the user types.
Dynamic Input in Library Palette
On-the-fly rendering of Dynamic Input effects
Dynamic Object Mapping
Dynamic Object Mapping allows users to create

Download the demo files and extract to any folder.
Go to [File|Save as] and use Save in zip Archive as to save the key.
You can right-click on the zip and choose Extract to go to the extracted folder.
Before you run the key, please be sure to have it installed on your
device, and in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Apps\2.0\file\baseprogram.csv
on the program files of the computer. The baseprogram.csv file is
the component of basemap.exe and the baseprogram.csv files is

Synthesis and coordination chemistry of a bis(alkynyl)amido ligand: isolation of a Nd(III) derivative in which the Nd-Ln bond is formed in a C1v symmetric environment.
The synthesis and coordination chemistry of a tridentate bis(alkyne)amido ligand is reported. This ligand was prepared by nucleophilic addition of the sodium salt of [(eta(5)-C5H5)3Si]2Na to 1,3-di-tert-butyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indene. The reaction of this ligand with lanthanide triflates results in the formation of a mononuclear complex [{(i-Pr)2NC6H4-C(O)(R)}Ln{(eta(5)-C5H5)3Si}] which was crystallized with Cs+ as the countercation. The coordination geometry of the Ln(III) center is not distorted, the ligand forms a good Nd-Nd(III) bond with an extremely long Ln-N distance (Nd = 2.743(5) Å, Ln = 2.077(4) Å) and the ligand provides a strong C1v symmetric environment to the metal center. The magnetic data indicate the presence of weak magnetic exchange interactions between the Nd(III) centers, with the weakest coupling observed for the [1.5]pseudo-trigonal-prism geometry (J = -0.35 cm(-1)).1
Work efficiently and accurately with the markup assist feature on your tablet. Import and customize a complex drawing, mark up your line and curve drawings and mark up drawings created by others, quickly and easily. (video: 2:29 min.)
Add text, dimension and other AutoCAD objects to symbols, so you can make them editable. Keep the symbols you use in your drawings consistent across drawings, regardless of whether they are editable or non-editable. (video: 1:58 min.)
Improved Mesh Editing for Surface Models:
Create realistic meshes from surface models. Import polygons and curves created by other software programs or directly from scratch in your drawing. Polygonize and edit surfaces quickly. Move and edit the vertices of a surface using a set of common commands, or the Python scripting language. (video: 1:57 min.)
Create hierarchical surfaces. Create curved surfaces, with parallel lines along each side of the curve and then optionally create flattened surfaces by splitting off a portion of the surface. Use the surfaces to create surface models. Create a surface model from a set of curves. Use the surface to create a dynamic, animated surface. Edit curves along the surface model. (video: 2:10 min.)
Create and edit data clouds. Import and edit data clouds, including textures. Use the data cloud to create a dynamic, animated textured surface. Use the surfaces to create surface models. (video: 2:12 min.)
Tighter AutoCAD integration with other applications:
Improvements to the Import menu and ribbon make it easier to transfer data between AutoCAD and other applications. If you already have data in a file format supported by other applications, the ribbon lets you import that data directly into AutoCAD. You can also import directly from other applications. Open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat DC or other applications, such as Microsoft Office Excel or PowerPoint, and import these files directly into AutoCAD. (video: 1:53 min.)
Make it easier to create and edit point clouds and other collections of data. Data clouds are collections of points, lines and polygons that have been imported and placed into a drawing. Export point clouds directly to various file formats, including 3D Slicer’s OBJ format. Use data clouds to create a new drawing. Import multiple data clouds. Set the perspective of a data cloud. Add text and dimension information to data clouds. (video: 1:58 min
