Buena Depth Cue Torrent Download is an After Effects plugin that can help you add realistic depth effects to your 3d layers
Each Buena Depth Cue effect works on a 3D layer and changes based on the location of the layer, lights, and cameras in 3D space.
Included effects:
3D Composite
Allows 2D footage with a depth channel, such as you might generate in Maya, 3D Studio Max, or other 3D applications, to interact with After Effects’ 3D layers.
Depth
Displays the depth of each layer in grayscale for use as a gradient map with other plugins, or with other applications.
Falloff Lighting
Lights your layers realistically. Layers farther away from lights are illuminated less than those near lights.
Fog
Shrouds your layers in a light haze or a deep, murky mist. Objects farther away from the camera have more fog applied to them than objects close to the camera.
Rack Focus
Produces realistic depth of field effects and focus pulls, including simulating boke and anamorphic lens effects.
Camera Mapper
Turn 2D stills and footage into 3D scenes right in After Effects. It works by projecting parts of your 2D footage onto 3D solids in a composition, then rendering the composition from different angles.
Flipside
Maps one layer onto the back side of another layer. This allows you to flip the front layer over to reveal the back layer. It does this without creating any gap between the 2 layers, and without the occlusion problems that sometimes show up when trying to put 2 layers very close together in a composition
Doesn’t allow you to apply the effects to all layers like a regular preset. For each effect, you can choose to apply the effect to all layers or only selected layers in the composite.
The plugin is free. Buena Depth Cue is available from the author at and may be purchased from Apple’s App Store or by contacting the author. A license is required to use Buena Depth Cue, but the license can be found at See separate license for details.
How to Create the Depth Effect
For best results, the 3D layer must be positioned so that the foreground and background are the same depth. The further away the foreground and background are from each other, the more the effect takes on depth and realism.
To apply the effects, select the desired layers and then use the
Buena Depth Cue Cracked Version – allows you to seamlessly render 3D layers backside-forward, or to map one 2D layer onto the backside of another.
You can apply all Depth Cue filters to a multi-layer project in one go in After Effects.
In fact you can use any number of 2D or 3D layers inside of a multi-layer project and get Depth Cue results for all of them.
(If you’ve already used that method, it’s totally OK.)
If you want to experiment and try things out, I’d recommend the following workflow:
Step 1: Make sure you have a couple scenes where you have layers in the Keyframe timeline already.
Step 2: Add a ‘depth channel’ layer to each of them, and play them in After Effects.
Step 3: Select the layers that have the deepest depth, and use the Depth Cue plugins on them.
I’d suggest you play with the settings for a bit, and see what works well for you.
For instance, by default the Depth Cue’s ‘Depth’ effect applies to a layer’s ‘Transparency’ value; so if you have a layer with a Transparent value of 100%, that layer will be completely transparent.
If your depth layer transparency is less than 100%, then you’ll need to use the Transparent checkbox for the Depth effect to work with its settings.
(I hope that makes sense.)
So in practice, I’d suggest you:
Add a depth channel to a scene, and give it a low transparency (maybe 20%)
Use the Depth effect on that layer.
This should give you a really good starting point. Then as your skills develop, you can slowly add more layers, 3D layers, depth, lights, etc. to your project, and see what happens.
You can keep using the Depth Cue tools on the layers that are working for you.
And you can also use the other plugins for better results, as well:
The Depth Cue plugin can be used in conjunction with the 3D Composite effect (which allows you to turn any 2D footage into a 3D layer), if you need to make something appear more 3D than it really is.
As you can see, Depth Cue is a really good way of getting 3D layers to interact with AE’s other layers.
I think you can also try the Depth Cue plugin out on some of the demo projects,

Buena Depth Cue is an After Effects plugin that can help you add realistic depth effects to your 3d layers.
With Buena Depth Cue, you can:
Add depth and distance to your layers, simply with the click of a button.
Give your 3D layers added context – see the depth of each layer in a grayscale map, and adjust the density of the hues to alter the color and distance of each layer.
Use the 3D Composite effect to render 2D footage onto a 3D layer and trigger effects without rendering the footage into 3D.
Use the Depth and Falloff Lighting effects to add realistic lighting, including spotlight-style lighting, and more.
Use the Fog effect to create dioramas in seconds.
Use the Rack Focus effect to create depth of field and focus pull effects in 2D footage and vice versa.
Use the Camera Mapper effect to convert 2D footage into 3D images.
Create the perfect diorama for your next project by using these effects in combination.

Q:
WPF – data binding to text box within listview item
I am trying to use databinding to a textbox within a listview item template, in my case a datagrid item template.
so I have this xaml:
and the viewmodel will look something like this:
