There’s no need for a specific web development program to test HTML code and change the text colors, link colors, borders, and margins. The only thing that’s different from using a web browser like Internet Explorer is that you have to use the Firefox developer add-on to access the development tools for Firefox, which you can find in your Firefox downloads folder. You need to add Firefox to the downloads folder.
You have to download Firefox. See Book I, Chapter 6, for details about downloading Firefox.
# Getting Your Elements in Shape
IN THIS CHAPTER
Styling text, bullets, lists, and tables
Getting your typographic elements to go together
Adding color, shadows, highlights, and subtle gradients to text
Why are certain web elements called _elements_? Because it’s common for an element to appear by itself, like the way a table _tab_ le appears by itself in a list of items.
The only thing that’s different about web elements is that they’re _visible_ in the web browser, not in print. Here’s a question: Can you use _print_ techniques on a web page? Yes, you can. You just need to know how to do a few things differently.
This chapter is about styling the web. For example, you see the word _web_ in lots of places: in the title of this book, where it represents the online world where you’re reading it, and in the name of this chapter: Web Design. To get you used to this term, we start by giving you a few web design practices to think about.
Here’s a question that we like to pose to beginners in web design: “What’s

Distinct patterns of lymphocyte and dendritic cell trafficking in the cervical and vaginal mucosae of female guinea pigs.
The purpose of this study was to characterize the trafficking patterns of Langerhans cells (LCs) and T- and B-lymphocytes in the cervical and vaginal mucosae of the female guinea pig. BrdU-labeling was used to monitor the migration of cells to these mucosae. Examination of the cervical and vaginal mucosae was performed at different times after BrdU injections. BrdU was found in dendritic cells (DCs) in the cervical and vaginal epithelium after 24 h. However, some DCs were also labeled after 48 and 96 h. Thus, the BrdU-labeling patterns of LCs and DCs differed in the cervical and vaginal mucosae. Conversely, a BrdU+ proliferation pattern was seen in the lymphocytes in both mucosae at all times tested. Although dendritic cells and lymphocytes are a first line of antigen presentation to B cells in the secondary lymphoid organs, their role in cervicovaginal mucosa antigen presentation is unknown. Further research is needed to characterize the role of DCs and LCs in the cervical and vaginal mucosae.Interview with Emma Kile from the Childbirth Connection: It’s more common than you think

Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said he could not say whether Putin was interested in running for the presidency again. He said he can not even say if Putin would not run again.
Peskov told Kommersant in an interview published on Friday that “I can’t say anything about it” in response to a question about whether Putin would run in the 2018 presidential election.
Putin, who has not spoken in public about his plans for the future, has not made any public appearances this week. The news came as a surprise to the Kremlin’s opponents.

Putin has not been seen in public since he was re-elected in March for a fourth term as president. On Wednesday, the leader of his United Russia party and deputy prime minister, Dmitry Rogozin, announced that Putin would not run in 2018. In his column for Gazeta.ru, he said the Kremlin’s boss had lost his authority and “no one listens to him any more.”
While it is not clear whether this was a one-off comment, the development could be the result of a row between Putin and United Russia. The main newspaper of the party, Moskovsky Komsomolets, reported on Wednesday that some of its parliamentary deputies were against Putin running for re-election.
On Monday, many of Putin’s opponents also held a rally outside the presidential residence on Lubyanka Square in central Moscow. They demanded that Putin stand down, following the results of the March 18 election, where he won almost 70 percent of the vote.

There has been speculation that the 72-year-old leader may call early parliamentary elections this summer or name a new prime minister. Putin is expected to stay on as president until 2024. However, Peskov told Kommersant that he could not say whether Putin would stay or leave after 2024.
“I have no information on this, and I do not want to discuss this issue,” Peskov said.
Putin is the most powerful leader in Russia
According to the New York Times, Kommersant is one of Russia’s biggest newspapers. It had a circulation of around 300,000 in 2015, down from 1.2 million in 2005, according to Russian media monitoring group Media Rating.
