GatorAudio Harmonic Adder was designed to add and subtract harmonics to either dry or wet signals. The dry signals are processed by the filter section and then mixed back in.
There are three types of filters that can be applied to the dry signal:
an HF filter which brings out all frequencies above the cutoff frequency (filter octave).
an MF filter which brings out all frequencies in the range that is a perfect fifth below the cut-off frequency (filter fifth).
a LF filter which brings out all frequencies in the range that is a perfect sixth below the cut-off frequency (filter sixth).

Instructions:
E-Select:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The harmonic mixer is turned on.
LFO:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The frequency of the LFO is set to the value of the knob A (0–10).
Solo:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The unit is set to solo the output.
Octave:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The unit is set to make a dry to wet octave mixer. The output is sent to the stereo buss.
Mix:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The unit is set to mix the output.
L/S:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. Send the output to the left or right channel.
Octave button:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable. The unit will fire an octave offset when you push the button.
LFO button:
Set to 1 to enable or to 0 to disable.

Harmonic Adder is an iOS app specifically designed to create resonant harmonic sounds by mixing dominant frequencies in your input signal by the various intervals in the harmonic series (octave, octave+fifth, two octaves, two octaves+major third etc).
Just select the instrument inside the Instrument section and mix your dry signal with the harmonics to make it more resonant.
It is similar to a piano harmonizer but it will change your dry sound to be more resonant. In addition, this app will make your instrument sound more reverberant and provide a bit of sustain.
You will get a ton of great resonant sounds just by mixing the dry signal with the different harmonics as you play. You can make all sorts of interesting sounds.

You may use BOTH hands as long as you don’t hit the pad that corresponds to the interval you are playing (across the pads).
If you press and hold the pad, you will play the note for the interval you are adding to the harmonic series. If you stop pressing the pad you stop playing.
A drum pad is provided to play drums.
Fourteen octave chords can be played with the player inside the app.
There are a ton of presets and different instruments available.
Many other instruments can be played with a MIDI keyboard/MIDI software instrument.
You can remove the pad if you want the sound to be played by the instrument as a mono instrument but I recommend you leave it on.

I strongly recommend that you install the app on a real iPad (not a simulator) because the iOS app can get very warm in the instrument section. If the internal thermal sensors can’t keep up with your touch, the controls will get very jumpy.
Real instruments can get pretty warm, so you can’t just crank up the instrument strength like with some instruments inside a simulation.
